Haircut 101 requires payment information to be kept on file in order to book any chemical services. By booking chemical services, you agree to adhere to our salon's cancellation policy. If the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment time, you will be charged 50% of your service total. If you no-show for your appointment without notice, you will be charged 75% of your service total. If the client does not have a card on file, they will receive an invoice with the fee amount, and they will not be allowed to re-book any services until the cancellation fee is paid.
